Before the concert, a note was given to you regarding my son, Mark.  Mark gave his heart to Christ during an Easter performance, where you were the featured singer, at Celebration Church in Minnesota.  Mark was 13 years old, at that time.  He still has an autographed photo from you, which states “JESUS SAVES.”  (your ‘song’ at that time).  I also enjoyed the honor of singing in the Celebration Church choir during that Easter concert.
 
Mark is presently 20 years old and attends Spring Arbor University.  His major is secondary education, and he pitches for the SAU baseball team.

One additional ‘link’ my family shares with your family is the fact that during the very early years of your parents’ evangelism ministry – they traveled to St. James, MN Assembly of God church.  During a Curt Long meeting, I gave my heart to Christ, as a young girl (approx. 7 or 8 years old).  I will always remember the washtub instrument your Dad played.

Two generations of the LONG family has impacted two generations of my family.  Thank you for being willing to continue to minister the message of God’s Love and forgiveness over the ages.
